1. GENERALITIES :
Every orders submited to the conditions below.

2. ORDERS AND ESTIMATES :
I study all demands and I commit myself to respect the estimates. Each order is comfirmed by electronique mail. The realization time of the work is only for your information.

3. SHIPMENT AND RECEIPT :
Shipments are all made by parcel post. I strive to do everything in order to deliver in the best time. Regarding non-conformity or missing delivery, the customer has 7 days (since the delivery date) to formulate a claim. I can't be responsible for any delivery in case of absolute necessity (strike, flood, fire, riot, war...).

4. CLAIMS :
The customer cannot, in any case, return a purchase without a preliminary agreement from me (see the 8th section)

5. DELIVERY CHARGES :
Charges will be calculated according to the destination and the wish of safety level of the customer (rapidity, delivery status, insurances, duties...).

6. SALE PRICE AND RULES :
For European Community, all prices are in Euros, value added tax included.
For the rest of the world, other taxes (duty for example) would be added to the indicated price.
Each available work must be paid in advance. Regarding estimates, a deposit (40% of the total order) is necessary to validate an order and the balance will be paid before the shipment If there is no deposit, the order would be cancelled.
In order to protect myself against fraudulent payments, the shipment of the work would be made only after the real cashing of the payment.

7. GUARANTEES :
I guarantee the quality of the work. Reproductions of miniatures and illuminations are hand painted on parchments of sheep, goat, kid, or other, according to the wish of the customer and the feasibility.

8. SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED:
Two cases are possible:
- The work was already made and available and so the section L.121-16 of the consummation law precizes that you have 7 working days to return the work if not in agreement with nature or with quality expected. You just have to return the work , in the initial condition of delivery, via the parcel used for the first shipment. The customer will be reimbursed for the price of the work. Shipment charges are still paied by the customer.
- The work was realized after an estimation and so the section L.121-16 of the consummation law precizes that the customer cannot return a work made with specifications (after an estimate) or clearly personalized.

9. ASSIGNATION AND APPROPRIATE COURT :
Disagreements wich could not be resolved with amicable arrangement, about validity of the contract or about the execution of the present compromise would be submited to the judgement of the commercial court of Brussels.
